Job Title: EHS SupervisorJob Description
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor supports and drives safety and environmental initiatives within a manufacturing facility. This role develops, manages, and monitors EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements. The EHS Supervisor partners closely with site leadership to conduct risk assessments, inspections, training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the overall safety culture.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing plant environment with a combination of office and production floor responsibilities. The EHS Supervisor performs routine facility walkthroughs, inspections, and frequent in-person interactions with employees on the production floor and in office areas. The position operates in an industrial setting where safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to established procedures are critical. Standard business hours typically apply, with flexibility as needed to support training, audits, and incident investigations.
