Advance Services is seeking an experienced Facility Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company in Yankton, SD. Job Duties:

Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for the facility.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations.
Develop and implement accident prevention and workplace safety initiatives.
Coordinate employee safety and environmental training programs.
Conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
Manage waste reduction, recycling, and energy conservation efforts.
Maintain EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
Partner with production, HR, and leadership to promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related technical field preferred.
5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with ISO management systems, ergonomics, or behavior-based safety is a plus.
