Responsibilities
- Spearhead the organization's adoption of a proactive safety culture through employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal company standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and procedures
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and case management efforts
- Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, training programs, and emergency response plans
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, emergency drills, and employee training programs
- Drive waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field
- 3+ years of EH&S experience, preferably in manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance
- Familiarity with sustainability programs and initiatives
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a strong desire to develop and lead a world-class safety program
