    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead workplace safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

    This role requires a hands-on safety leader who can influence performance across all levels of the organization while maintaining strong compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or another technical discipline preferred
    • 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrated ability to lead EHS programs and influence safety performance throughout an organization
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations
    • Experience leading regulatory audits and environmental compliance programs
    • Experience developing or managing safety management systems
    • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
    • Knowledge and experience with behavior-based safety programs
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Professional safety or environmental certifications such as:
      • CSP – Certified Safety Professional
      • ASP – Associate Safety Professional
      • CHMM – Certified Hazardous Materials Manager
      • Equivalent professional certification
    • Previous experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, or another regulated manufacturing environment
