• Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations
• Ability to identify workplace hazards and recommend practical corrective actions
• Experience conducting safety training and employee orientations
• Familiarity with incident investigation and root-cause analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with production employees and supervisors on the manufacturing floor
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on corrective actions

• Familiarity with FMCSA or transportation-related safety requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field is preferred but not required with appropriate experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who wants to be on the manufacturing floor and actively involved with employees and operations.
The right person will be able to recognize potential hazards, communicate effectively with employees and supervisors, and address safety concerns in a practical and professional manner.
