    Qualifications-Previous compliance experience is highly preferred, particularly within a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment.-Experience working with compliance programs such as C-TPAT, IWAY, FSC, OSHA, environmental, customer, or social compliance standards is strongly preferred.-Experience in EHS, safety, manufacturing, auditing, or a related field preferred.-Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills with a high level of attention to detail.-Ability to interpret and apply policies, standards, regulations, and audit requirements.-Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.-Ability to manage multiple compliance programs, audits, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping systems.
