EHS Business Partner

The EHS Business Partner at Videojet''s Elk Grove Village facility is responsible for managing safety, environmental compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across the site. The role involves overseeing daily EHS operations, delivering hands-on training, implementing risk-based safety measures, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Candidates must have a bachelor''s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of EHS experience in chemical or solvent manufacturing. Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910, RCRA, and chemical safety is essential. The position requires direct engagement with operators and supervisors, experience with compliance issues, and the ability to drive measurable results through KPIs. Preferred qualifications include ASP/CSP, CIH, CHMM, and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications. The salary range is $115,000-$125,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus and comprehensive benefits.
