    Description:

    This position follows a primarily onsite work arrangement with occasional remote flexibility

    Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality EHR (Electronic Health Record) training, support, and process optimization for Clinical support staff. The EHR Clinical Analyst I also supports process improvement, reporting and the successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.

    What You'll Do:

    • Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.
    • Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
    • Answers the Clinical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
    • Manages and resolves incoming support tickets
    • Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.
    • Provides in-person "elbow support" to Clinical support staff during implementations, go-lives, and as needed.

    General Requirements:

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare of information technology.
    • CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred
    • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years' relevant work experience preferred utilizing EHR in a medical practice environment with strong preference for IHA office experience.
