Description
The EHS Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the Tenneco Environmental, Health and Safety Programs at the Manitowoc, WI Powertrain Plant.
A Bachelor's degree in EH&S or related field and 5 -10 years of experience in Safety & Environmental Program Management, and managing environmental regulations and OSHA and ANSI standards.
Specialized training in Safety & Environmental regulations is required.
Implementation and maintenance of the ISO 14000 EMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS programs including system audits and document control.
Preparing and filing all legal reports on a timely basis (i.e.: DNR reporting, EAP reporting, OSHA log, OSHA reporting requirements, etc.).
Control and disposal of all hazardous material.
Preparation of applications for permits to install, operate, or modify pollution control systems.
