The EHS Manager is responsible for developing and implementing proactive environmental, health, and safety strategies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety across the facility. This is a high-visibility EH&S leadership opportunity supporting the company’s lowest-performing site, which has only been in operation for roughly 18 months and is still very much in a growth and stabilization phase. The environment is fairly green, with a younger workforce that will require a hands-on leader who can coach, reinforce expectations, and bring consistency to day-to-day EH&S execution. This is not a role for someone expecting a polished, fully mature operation—it’s a role for someone who can lead through ambiguity, build trust, and create a structure where it’s still developing.
