Maintenance Machinist
JOB SUMMARYMaintenance Machinists must be mechanically inclined and is responsible for performing machine work to support mold and manufacturing activities.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Use of machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, saws, drill presses, etc.Use of micrometers, dial calipers, Vernier calipers and common graduated scalesProduce and maintain tooling and support the maintenance departmentPerform repair servicesConstruct machine items for new projectsReading manuals, charts, and written instructionsDaily work order reports for each job performed and other required paperworkReading and Interpreting Blue Prints and SchematicsLeadership role in problem solvingTrain new Maintenance team members as needed
