    Description: Carroll College is seeking applicants for an Educational Technology Specialist position. This position supports the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of instructional technology across Carroll College. Reporting to the Director of Academic Technology, this position ensures that classroom environments, learning technologies, and academic spaces are reliable, accessible, modern, and aligned with the College's educational mission.This role provides expert technical leadership for classroom audiovisual systems, hybrid learning environments, academic software, and digital collaboration tools. The position requires close collaboration with faculty, Academic Affairs, CCIT, Facilities, and external partners to advance technology-enabled pedagogy and support institutional learning objectives.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree in instructional technology, information technology, educational technology, communications, engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience supporting classroom technology, audiovisual systems, instructional technology, or technology-enhanced learning environments. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
