Education Support Professional (ESP) - Part-Time

Are you passionate about supporting students and creating meaningful change? The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Education Support Professional (ESP) to join our team.
In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated group of educators and therapists to support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs. Every day, you'll help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where students can learn, grow, and succeed.

What You'll Do
Support classrooms with daily lessons, activities, and supervision
Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to build academic and social skills
Assist with behavioral support using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques
Help implement IEP goals and classroom strategies developed by teachers and the treatment team
Support transitions, sensory breaks, specials, and unstructured times
Document student progress, behavior data, and required reports
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent care
Model professionalism, patience, and positive communication every day
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Eligibility for WI DPI Instructional Aide / Special Education Aide license
Experience working with students with disabilities is helpful, but not required
A calm, adaptable, and student-centered approach
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and implement behavior plans and physical intervention techniques (training provided)
