Educational Paraprofessional Special Education Paraeducator (ages 18-22)

Job Description:

Support East of the River Transition Academy (ERTA) students with special needs by providing instructional, behavioral, and personal assistance under the direction of a certified teacher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one of the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of college credits (60), or

• Associate's degree, or

• Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment*

• Successful experience working with children, preferably in a school setting

• Strong organizational skills and comfort using technology

Position Details
