Job Description:
Slade KEY is seeking a Paraeducator - KEY.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
ALL PARAEDUCATOR APPLICANTS must meet ONE of the following requirements and provide the corresponding documentation with their application:
60 college credits or more: Upload official, legible college transcripts showing at least 60 college credits.
Passing ParaPro Assessment score: Upload official passing ParaPro Assessment test scores. For more information about the ParaPro Assessment, visit ETS ParaPro.
ALL PRESCHOOL PARAEDUCATOR APPLICANTS must meet ONE of the following requirements and provide the appropriate documentation with their application:
12 College Credits in Early Childhood
Current, valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
SALARY
For 2026-2027, pay rate ranges from $21.70/hour to $26.63/hour
Additional Differentials:
$0.55/hour for special programs (Bridges, Catalyst, KEY, Pathways)
$0.25/hour for non-program assignments requiring toileting of students
Additional Education Stipend:
$1,200 for having 120 completed college credits
$750 for having 60 completed college credits
$500 for holding a ParaPro/ParaPathways credential
