POSITION: Educational Assistant Employment Opportunity

Northwest Regional School #7 Middle School - FLEX Program

START DATE: August 24, 2026

Shared Services has an opening for an Educational Assistant in the FLEX program at Northwest Regional School District #7 Middle School. This position is full time, 35 hours week, Monday-Friday and follows the school calendar.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree or equivalent or successful completion of para-pro assessment test
• Experience working within the school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and under the supervision of program teacher
• Ability and desire to work with students with emotional and behavior concerns
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding assigned students.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of math, reading and writing instruction.
