Job Description:

EASTCONN Transition Academy (ETA) in Willimantic, CT serves students ages 18 through 22 with a variety of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. ETA is committed to the practices found across all of our specialized programs, including explicit instruction; data-based decision-making; team collaboration; and universal, proactive approaches.

Required Qualifications include:

  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • B.A. degree in education, psychology, social work or related field.
  • Computer competency.

Special requirements:

  • Within six (6) months of appointment, must successfully complete Safety Care training and recertification annually.
  • Within one (1) year of appointment, must complete and maintain certification for First Aid and CPR training.
