Location: Various locations across Massachusetts
The
Education/Training Specialist designs and delivers educational programs and
training sessions to support the organization’s goals. This role involves
creating learning materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and fostering
skill development.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement
educational programs and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions,
workshops, and presentations for staff, volunteers, or community members.
- Assess training needs and
tailor programs to meet specific goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness
of training initiatives and make improvements.
- Stay updated on best
practices and trends in education and training.
- Collaborate with program
staff to integrate training into organizational activities.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities
and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
education, training, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in training or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of
adult learning principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and
facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning
platforms and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines.
