As we continue to evolve, we are seeking an Education & Training Manager to help modernize and lead our internal training and development programs. Position Summary The Education & Training Manager will lead the development, organization, and improvement of ROE’s corporate training systems and educational resources. This role will work cross-functionally with departments throughout the company to ensure employees have clear, accessible, and effective training materials and support. This position is ideal for someone with a background in education, training, instructional design, dental operations, or a combination of both.
