Valid and Registered California Education Specialist Credential - Extensive Supports Needs. Please also provide any other California Credentials held. Behavior Experience Required - - - - - - - - - - - - APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: Answer all questions completely and accurately. Failure to fully complete application may result in disqualification. In order to be considered for a position, please upload all required attachments in PDF format.
