We are seeking an Education Sales Specialist to drive skincare product sales growth and surpass revenue targets in the New York region. This field-based role focuses on educating retail partners, beauty advisors, and end consumers on product knowledge, application techniques, and brand messaging. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a passion for beauty and a proven ability to influence buying decisions through education and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by delivering product education and training to retail partners and beauty staff
Conduct in-store demonstrations, events, and educational sessions
Build and maintain relationships with retail account managers and store leadership
Report on field activity, competitive insights, and sales performance to the National Field Manager
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Travel within the assigned NY/NY territory as required
Requirements
2+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods field sales
Strong product presentation and public speaking skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
