Education Sales Specialist – belif Skincare | New York, NY | Avg $25/HR

Role Overview

A premium skincare brand is seeking an Education Sales Specialist to support sales growth and retail brand expansion throughout the New York region. This field-based contract role focuses on driving performance across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's retail locations while delivering product education, coaching, and sales support to in-store teams.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with beauty, skincare, retail sales, or brand education experience who enjoy relationship-building, territory management, and hands-on retail training.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Retail Performance

Drive sales growth across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within assigned territory

Monitor and analyze daily, monthly, and seasonal retail performance metrics

Support market growth and brand visibility throughout the New York region

Develop strong client and retail partner relationships to increase sales performance

Ensure reporting and territory tracking are completed accurately and on time

Product Education & Training

Deliver product education and sales training to retail staff

Conduct in-store coaching sessions and product demonstrations

Train associates on customer engagement and selling techniques

Support promotional events and brand activations

Prepare educational materials and event resources for store teams

Relationship Building & Territory Support

Build strong partnerships with store leadership and retail associates

Maintain professional relationships across multiple retail accounts

Stay informed on beauty industry trends and retail performance drivers

Assess opportunities to improve brand presence and customer engagement

Support overall territory growth and account performance

Requirements

Experience delivering customer-facing product demonstrations and training programs

Retail sales or beauty industry experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to build relationships within retail environments

Ability to travel throughout assigned territory independently

Strong organizational and reporting skills

MS Office proficiency required

Reliable transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail background

Experience supporting Sephora, ULTA, or Macy's retail environments

Territory sales or field-based experience

Coaching and team development experience

Brand ambassador or education specialist experience

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Schedule

Avg Pay: $25.00/HR

Mileage Reimbursement Included

Parking Reimbursement Included

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

20 Hours Per Week

6-Month Contract Assignment

Field-Based Throughout New York Territory

Territory Radius: 50 Miles from Manhattan
