Education & Virtual Learning Coordinator (Temporary)

Nonprofit Association | Fully Remote

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a respected national nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Education & Virtual Learning Coordinator for a temporary assignment through December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional who enjoys taking the lead on live virtual events, supporting online learning initiatives, and working independently in a mission-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating educational programs, managing webinars, facilitating online meetings, and providing exceptional support to learners, speakers, and stakeholders.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Payrate: $27 - $31 hourly based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Facilitate Virtual Learning Programs

  • Serve as the primary host and facilitator for live webinars, online workshops, and virtual education programs.
  • Guide presenters and subject matter experts through live sessions to ensure a professional and engaging learner experience.
  • Manage audience participation, moderate discussions, troubleshoot issues, and keep events running smoothly.
  • Build confidence and readiness among speakers through pre-event preparation and support.

Coordinate eLearning Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of online education programs from planning through delivery.
  • Maintain and update content within the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the development and launch of certificate programs, webinars, and other virtual learning offerings.
  • Assist with video content management and basic editing tasks when needed.

Manage Meetings and Program Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person committee meetings.
  • Prepare materials, schedule sessions, communicate with participants, and ensure successful execution of meetings and events.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for learners, presenters, volunteers, and external partners.
  • Respond to participant inquiries and provide timely resolution to registration, program access, and technical questions.
  • Foster positive relationships with faculty, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting education, training, learning programs, events, or association/nonprofit initiatives
  • Proven experience leading live webinars or virtual learning events
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-facing communication skills
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during live events

Preferred Experience

  • Nonprofit, association, HOA, membership organization, or professional education experience
  • Webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar or similar technologies
  • Personify or association management software
