Are you passionate about supporting educators and helping young children thrive? We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Education Coach to support teachers through individualized coaching, professional development, and implementation of evidence-based teaching practices. In this role, you will work alongside teaching staff to strengthen instructional quality, improve classroom practices, and promote children's progress toward school readiness goals.

Position Summary

The Education Coach provides individualized coaching and professional development to teaching staff to improve instructional practices and classroom quality. Through classroom observations, modeling, reflective conversations, and ongoing support, the Education Coach helps teachers implement research-based strategies that promote positive child outcomes and school readiness.

Pay and Benefits

The starting wage for this position is $27.70 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package to support your well-being, financial future, and work-life balance.

Time Off

Enjoy 24 days of paid time off to start (increasing to 30 days after 26 months), 11 paid holidays, up to 8 paid winter break days, and 1 hour of paid self-care time each week.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Family and Consumer Studies, or a related field with an emphasis in essential early childhood education topics.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Head Start, Early Head Start, or another early childhood education setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and ChildPlus or similar data management systems.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred

  • Four (4) years of early childhood education or related experience.
  • Coaching in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Previous Head Start experience.
  • Bilingual skills.
