This role plays a critical function at the RLA (Resmed Calabasas) Facility. Our production employees are at the heart of everything that we do. The Education and Training Coordinator develops and supports the overall associate training.
The purpose of the Education & Training Leader is to deploy an effective, efficient, and integrated training system at the site; building the required associate capabilities and enabling competent performance to support the onboarding and training of new employees, as well as the development of existing ones.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $79,000 to $119,000
