    Editorial Assistant for Advertising

    • Assist the advertising team in coordinating and producing advertorials, sponsored content, and native advertising across print and digital platforms.
    • Maintain advertising content aligns with editorial standards and complies with brand guidelines.
    • Proofread and fact-check advertising copy for grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency.
    • Liaise with clients, designers, sales teams, and editorial staff to collect assets, meet deadlines, and execute advertising campaigns effectively.
    • Support in tracking advertising content through all stages of production-pitch, assignment, editing, approvals, and publishing.
    • Maintain internal editorial calendars, ad content trackers, and client deliverables.
    • Organize and upload and format content in CMS systems for digital campaigns, ensuring SEO best practices are met.
    • Assist in the compilation and layout preparation of advertorial pages for print publications.
    • Support analytics reporting by tracking campaign performance metrics where needed.
    • Stay up-to-date on advertising trends and emerging branded content formats.
    • Performs other related tasks/ special projects as maybe assigned from time to time.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a
    • related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in editorial, advertising, marketing, or media
    • (internships included).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), Adobe
    • InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Interest in digital media trends, advertising innovations, and content strategy.
    • Collaborative spirit with a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Knowledge of SEO and digital publishing best practices.
    • Experience working in a cross-functional media environment.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital ad formats.
    • Basic understanding of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
