Job Description

Lead and manage e-discovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee data collection, processing, review, and production processes in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing project-related inquiries. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Utilize e-discovery tools and technologies effectively to manage project workflows and data. Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes for transparency and future reference. Provide training and guidance to team members on e-discovery best practices and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ediscovery Project Manager should have: strong knowledge of e-discovery processes and best practices. Experience with e-discovery tools and technologies.
