Required skills
qualifications
Strong knowledge of EDI standards X12, EDIFACT and transaction sets relevant to retail and manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with Gentran and AS2/FTP/SFTP communication protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot EDI errors and perform root cause analysis.
Knowledge of EDI mapping tools and scripting for automation.
Experience in offshore support environments and working with global teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions (850 PO, 810 Invoice, 856 ASN, 855 PO Acknowledgement) for accuracy and timeliness.
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, failed transmissions and mapping issues. Ensure compliance with trading partner specifications and standards.
Managing installations, upgrades and patches providing Production support, implementing monitoring and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Gentran
communication Protocols
Maintain and support Gentran EDI translator configurations.
Manage connectivity via AS2, FTP/SFTP.
Validate and update trading partner profiles
Integration and Data flow
Assist in testing and onboarding new trading partners
Support parsing and mapping of EDI transactions.
Documentation
reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of EDI processes, mapping and error resolutions.
Collaboration
Work closely with onshore IT teams, ERP support and business users to resolve issues. Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless support coverage.
The pay range for this role is
