ED Technician (Paramedic) | Eustis Emergency Department | PRN | Days

Qualifications: Education:- Associates Degree (Preferred)- Post High School Special TrainingLicensure/Certification/Registration:- Florida Paramedic- BLS- ACLS preferredSpecial Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Under the direction of the RN, the ED Technician facilitates patient care by providing advanced physical care and clinical procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Overview:

Variable PRN medic hours are 8-4 and 4-12, weekends are 12hrs 9-9

 

Under the direction of the RN, the ED Technician facilitates patient care by providing advanced physical care and clinical procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Works as a member of the ED patient care team within the guidelines of his/her certification under the direct supervision of an ED Physician.
