Alpharetta, GA • Full-Time, On-Site
OneHum runs a growing set of online stores: company stores and program stores for our branded-merchandise clients, plus our own eCommerce stores. Orders come in every day, and someone has to make sure every one of them is processed correctly, shipped on time, accounted for in inventory, and answered when a customer has a question. That is this role.
The eCommerce Operations Coordinator owns the daily order queue across our store platforms, keeps inventory accurate between the platform and the shelf, manages carriers and returns, runs kitting projects for client programs, and reports on how the stores are performing. It is mostly a desk job in Shopify, WooCommerce and Excel, with regular time on the fulfillment floor when orders, kits or receiving need hands.
• Process incoming orders daily across Shopify, WooCommerce and client store platforms; verify items, quantities, personalization and ship-to details before release
• Route decorated or personalized items to production and track them back into the fulfillment queue
• Keep order status, holds and exceptions current so account executives and store owners can see the queue at any time
• Maintain store back-end accuracy: product availability, variants, pricing updates and shipping settings as directed by the account team
• Generate labels and select the right carrier and service level (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for cost and delivery date; send tracking automatically
• Respond to store customer emails on order status, changes, returns and exchanges within one business day
• Process returns and exchanges, restock or dispose per policy, issue refunds or replacements, and file carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments
• Own inventory accuracy: receive inbound from suppliers and decorators against POs, put away, cycle count, and reconcile platform quantities to physical stock
• Flag low-stock and reorder points before stores go out of stock; report slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Keep storage organized and labeled so anyone can find anything
• Plan and run kitting projects for client programs (welcome kits, event kits, recognition packages): bill of materials, component staging, first-kit approval, quality check, full run
• Pick, pack and ship store orders and kits when volume calls for it
• Produce weekly order-volume, ship-time, returns and inventory reports by store in Excel or platform reporting
• Support month-end inventory and store-sales reconciliation with finance
• 1–3 years in eCommerce order processing, store operations, fulfillment coordination or inventory control
• Hands-on experience administering at least one eCommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or similar): orders, inventory, returns, shipping settings
• Experience with carrier shipping software (ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, Shopify Shipping or similar)
• Demonstrated inventory accuracy: you count, reconcile and fix the number rather than work around it
• Solid Excel for counts, reconciliations and simple reports
• Clear written customer-service communication
• Reliable and self-directed on a daily queue with minimal supervision
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet when supporting fulfillment, receiving or kitting
• Experience with company stores, branded merchandise or apparel fulfillment; familiarity with decoration lead times
• Experience building kits to a bill of materials and quality standard
• Barcode scanning or a warehouse management system; Scoro or ClickUp for project tracking
• Experience with marketplace or multi-store setups
