Maintain
a
daily
schedule
of
classroom
routines
and
experiences;
Implement
activity
plans
consistent
with
Puget
Sound
Educational
Service
District
ECEAP
curriculum
and
ECEAP
Performance
Standards;
Collaborate
with
other
staff
and
the
assistant
teacher
in
planning,
curriculum
development,
and
classroom
experiences;
Maintain
a
safe
and
healthy
environment
and
supervise
children
in
the
classroom,
outdoor
spaces,
and
on
field
trips;
Interact
positively
with
all
children
to
support
their
individual
learning
and
emotional
needs;
Use
web-based
computer
program
to
support
ongoing
assessment
of
individual
children,
including
written
observations,
work
samples,
and
development
check
list;
Collaborate
on
individual
learning
plans
for
each
child;
Partner
with
classroom
staff
to
coordinate
and
perform
sensory
and
developmental
screenings
within
deadlines
set
by
Federal
Performance
Standards;
Review
individual
health
summary
plans
and
implement
child
health
plans
for
children
as
needed;
Participate
as
a
team
member
in
interdisciplinary
planning
for
children
and
families,
and
other
cross-
component
coordination
efforts;
Attend
pre-service
and
staff
in-service
trainings;
Utilize
computer
information
and
reports
for
tracking
and
planning
purposes.
Conduct/attend
supplementary
meetings
including
Professional
Learning
Community
(PLC)
with
site
team;
Maintain
confidentiality
for
each
child/family.
Communicate
regularly
and
respectfully
with
families
as
needed;
Participate
in,
encourage,
and
support
family
engagement
in
all
aspects
of
the
program;
Other

AA/BA/MA
in
Early
Childhood
Education
or
AA/BA/MA
in
related
field
plus
18
credits
in
Early
Childhood
Education
or
AA/BA/MA
in
any
field
plus
30
credits
in
Early
Childhood
Education;
Must
provide
transcripts
with
application;
Must
hold
first
aid
card
and
a
valid
food
handler's

Working Conditions: Physical Requirements: The ECEAP Lead Teacher Float position requires frequent movement throughout the classroom,
playground,
and
other
school
environments
to
supervise
and
interact
with
children.
The
role
involves
periods
of
standing,
bending,
and
sitting
on
the
floor
with
children
for
extended
periods.
The
position
may
involve
lifting
and
carrying
materials
for
children
(up
to
25
pounds),
assisting
with
children's
mobility,
and
preparing
classroom
resources.
The
teacher
must
be
able
to
quickly
respond
to
emergencies
or
behavioral
situations.
The
position
may
also
include
occasional
after-hours
responsibilities
related
to
family
engagement
events
or
meetings.
Work Environment: Work is performed in a dynamic, high-energy early childhood education setting with regular interaction
with
young
children,
classroom
assistants,
parents,
and
other
school
staff.
The
teacher
will
work
in
both
indoor
and
outdoor
environments,
including
classrooms,
playgrounds,
and
during
field
trips.
Noise
levels
may
vary
from
quiet
(individual
or
small
group
work)
to
high
(larger
group
activities
or
outdoor
play).
The
role
requires
flexibility
to
meet
the
diverse
needs
of
children
and
families
and
to
adapt
to
changes
in
daily
routines
or
schedules.
Collaboration
with
a
multidisciplinary
team,
as
well
as
managing
sensitive
or
challenging
behaviors,
is
essential
to
the
position.
Occasional
exposure
to
