JOB TITLE: Tool Coordinator

Summary:
- Manage and track tools, materials, and inventory to support production needs.
- Receive, store, issue, and ship materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Perform inventory checks and report damaged or missing materials.
- Order parts, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, tool control, and FOD requirements.
- Assist in resolving inventory and material availability issues.
- Work in warehouse and production environments while following safety procedures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of warehouse inventory experience with parts accuracy and accountability.
- Computer proficiency and experience using inventory systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and assist with heavier lifts when required.
- Ability to work on ladders, elevated platforms, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception tests.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to handle hazardous materials safely.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
- Ability to work various shifts and in different environmental conditions.
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Qualifying Questions:
- Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?
- Do you have 4+ years of warehouse inventory experience with parts accountability and inventory accuracy?
- Do you have computer experience and the ability to obtain a forklift license?
- Can you perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces?
- Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
