365 Freight USA is offering recent CDL-A school graduates in the Birmingham, Alabama area a paid path into a full-time regional driving career. Candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction from a CDL school and meet company and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) standards may qualify without prior professional driving experience.

New drivers will begin with paid training before transitioning to steady regional work hauling dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads, using brand-new equipment. This position offers weekly home time and reliable, competitive pay.

• Paid training for qualified new drivers before transitioning to regular regional routes
• Dry van freight with drop-and-hook loads

• Weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 or more, with direct deposit every Friday
