Platinum Ford is a high-volume, family-owned dealership just east of Dallas, recognized for quality repairs and a technician-first culture. We’re growing fast and seeking a skilled Ford Master Gasoline Engine Technician who values production, precision, and teamwork.

You’ll perform advanced diagnostics, engine repairs, and maintenance on Ford gasoline vehicles in a modern, climate-controlled facility. We’re looking for a Ford Master-Certified Technician with at least 5 years of dealership experience and strong drivability and diagnostic ability.

• $45–$65 per flag hour, based on certification and experience
• Production-based incentives and performance bonuses

• Diagnose and repair Ford gasoline engines, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform all work per Ford Motor Company and dealership standards
• Maintain active Ford STARS training certifications
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and foreman
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Ford Master Certification (Gasoline Engine specialty required)
• 5+ years Ford dealership or OEM-certified experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
