We're growing at Nashua Center! The Children's Pyramid has an immediate opening for a full time Early Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team of caring professionals at our Derry, NH location. Our Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) program provides developmental services and education to children birth to three years of age and their families. Services are provided mainly in homes or at other community locations in Derry and the surrounding towns.As part of a multi-discipline evaluation team, you'll assist in the creation of an Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) that is designed to address the unique needs of each child and family.
