    Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA.

    You'll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in a home-based setting.

    Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in ALL of Manhattan, including but not limited to: Uptown, Downtown, Midtown, etc.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW

    • Passion for working with young children

    • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care

    • Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field

    • Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training)

    What You'll Do:

    • Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision

    • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions

    • Collect and record data accurately

    • Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs

    • Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills

    Compensation: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
