Coordinate and lead assigned Early College, Indiana College Core (ICC), and postsecondary pathway initiatives that support student success, credential attainment, and seamless transitions from high school to college. This position supports the Director of Dual Credit & Early College by implementing strategic initiatives, coordinating program activities, developing K-12 partnerships, monitoring student progress, and advancing completion strategies aligned with Ivy Tech credentials of value.
The Early College & Postsecondary Pathways Coordinator collaborates with K-12 partners, Ivy Tech academic departments, college leadership, and internal stakeholders to expand Early College opportunities, strengthen ICC completion efforts, align dual credit coursework with student goals, and support successful student transitions from high school to postsecondary education.
Salary:
$38,289 to $59,805 Compensation will be commensurate with the requirements of the position and the candidate's relevant experience and education.
