You already have something incredibly valuable: the ability to connect with children, help them learn, and celebrate their progress.

If you're a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, teaching assistant, or someone with hands-on experience helping young children grow, you already bring skills that matter at FirstSteps.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll use those skills in a one-on-one, play-based environment, helping children with autism build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills.

You don't need ABA experience. We'll teach you the rest.

Through paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced clinicians, you'll learn the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and build new clinical skills while continuing to do what you already love: helping children learn and grow.
