Early Childhood Teacher

Lead Teachers at The Learning Experience are ambassadors of happiness, creating opportunities every day that reflect our mission to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the community.  Our teachers use a growth mindset to help develop young minds. Role responsibilities: -  Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds - Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures  - Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly- Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a teamQualifications: - ECT Qualified - CPR and First Aid preferred - Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) - 1 Year of Professional teaching preferred - Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
