Early Childhood Fellow ("Permanent Sub")
Crestwood Campus
Tuesdays and Thursdays (only) 8:30am - 5:30pm Start Date: Immediate Academic Year Only (10 Months) Christ Community Lutheran School has an opening to join our ECE team as an Early Childhood Fellow ("Permanent Sub"). The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. As an Early Childhood Fellow, you may sub in for a staff member who is out that day or simply provide another set of hands in an extra-busy classroom. You get the variety that comes with a subbing role, but also the stability that comes with a regular staff position.
Is this role for me? This role may be perfect for you if you: - find joy in working with little ones
- feel called to share the love of Jesus
- naturally collaborate in team settings
- enjoy an academic feel to an Early Childhood program
- crave mentorship and monthly check-ins
- thrive with professional development goals and seminars
- enjoy variety from day to day
- love all early childhood ages from toddlers to 5-year-olds
- want to take a break from planning activities for the classroom, and instead just "roll up your sleeves" to help where needed
- prefer to experience different teacher partners, campus locations, and age levels to find the best long-term fit for future
