Responsibilities
Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate
Design a daily and weekly lesson plan
Provide basic care, handwashing, hygiene care, diapering, potty training, and toilet assistance
Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
