Description

Our Client, a Credit Card company, is looking for an Early Careers Program Analyst for their Austin, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Program Design, Delivery & Operations
  • Design and continuously improve core program components for up to 1,000 interns, new college grads and apprentices, including: Skills development, career and personal growth experiences, mentorship programs, hackathons, case competitions, community building and social programming
  • Support the design and deliver orientation and pre boarding experiences across 12+ offices in partnership with People Ops teams (End User Support, Pre boarding, AskPeople).
  • Manage 5-8 concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for managers, program participants, and site leads, delivering guidance through email, webinars, documentation, and live trainings.
  • Communications
  • Support marketing and engagement campaigns.
  • Write and send engagement emails to program participants, managers, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and accountability.
  • Volunteers Management
  • Support the strategy and execution of programming through 50+ site leads and volunteer partners.
  • Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Own the creation of global program surveys in Qualtrics
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and health through quantitative and qualitative analysis, producing annual program read outs with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data and research to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
 
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to build and run multiple programs under competing deadlines
  • Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining scalable processes and policies
  • Strong consultative and relationship building skills, partnering effectively across functions and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop reporting, metrics, and insights to inform business and program decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including delivering clear, compelling presentations
  • Creative, solutions oriented thinker with strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Leadership presence and credibility to engage senior leaders and global stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis, agile execution, and process optimization capabilities
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams for mid  to large scale programs
  • Experience with event planning and logistics in a professional or programmatic setting
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows environments
  • Experience in surveying tools (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Proficiency in AI tools to automate workflows, including Copilot and PowerAutomate
