Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Hybrid or Onsite 

 

Pay Range: 

$30.92 - $35.91 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

Program Design, Delivery & Operations 

  • Design and continuously improve core program components supporting up to 1,000 interns, new college graduates, and apprentices. 

  • Develop and deliver skills development, career growth, mentorship, hackathons, case competitions, community-building, and social programming initiatives. 

  • Support the design and delivery of orientation and pre-boarding experiences across 12+ office locations. 

  • Manage 5-8 concurrent workstreams while ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are achieved. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for managers, program participants, and site leads through documentation, webinars, training sessions, and ongoing guidance. 

Communications 

  • Support program marketing and engagement campaigns. 

  • Develop and distribute engagement communications to participants, managers, and stakeholders. 

Volunteer Management 

  • Support the execution and delivery of programming through site leads and volunteer partners. 

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement 

  • Create and administer global program surveys. 

  • Evaluate program effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative analysis. 

  • Develop annual program readouts with actionable insights and recommendations. 

  • Identify root causes, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency using data and research. 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of related experience. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under competing deadlines. 

  • Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining scalable processes and policies. 

  • Strong consultative partnership and relationship-building skills. 

  • Demonstrated experience developing reporting, metrics, and actionable insights. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. 

  • Leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and global stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving, continuous improvement, and process optimization skills. 

  • Experience managing mid-to-large scale programs. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting internship, apprenticeship, new graduate, or early career programs. 

  • Experience with event planning and program logistics. 

  • Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems. 

  • Experience using Workday. 

  • Experience with survey platforms, preferably Qualtrics. 

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, including Copilot and Power Automate. 

  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and global stakeholders.
