    Location: Remote/Hybrid near Lititz, PA
    Contract Duration: Approximately 6 Months
    Hours: Approximately 25–35 hours per week

    This is a temporary contract engagement is expected to last approximately six months, averaging 25–35 hours per week, with flexibility during peak recruiting periods.

    Position Purpose

    The Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner supports internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and entry-level hiring across TAIT. This contract role manages recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and candidate acceptance while partnering closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

    Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and entry-level roles.
    • Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
    • Build and maintain early-career talent pipelines.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
    • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and selection processes.
    • Support offer development, closing, and acceptance.
    • Support university recruiting, career fairs, networking events, and talent engagement activities.
    • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data in the ATS.
    • Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
    • Provide additional support during peak internship and co-op hiring periods.

    Foundation / Position Requirements

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of talent acquisition, staffing, campus recruiting, or early-career recruiting experience.
    • Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
    • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
    • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting internship, co-op, apprenticeship, or university recruiting programs.
    • Recruiting experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, live entertainment, production, technical theatre, or related industries.
    • Experience with career fairs, university partnerships, or talent engagement events.
