Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and early-career positions across the Northeast Series.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Present qualified candidate slates and provide market insights to hiring leaders.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Help us build a diverse, dynamic pipeline of future leaders in the insurance brokerage industry
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and talent market trends.
- Conduct intake meetings and establish recruitment plans for open positions.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, search progress, and hiring outcomes.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified entry-level and early-career candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies to engage passive talent and increase candidate flow.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Represent Locktons culture, values, and employer brand in all candidate interactions.
