What You'll Do

As part of our Customer Service & Guest Experience Team, you'll help create the fast, friendly, and welcoming experience Chick-fil-A is known for.

You'll have opportunities to:

• Welcome and assist guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately
• Serve guests in the drive-thru
• Assist with mobile and digital orders
• Work alongside your team to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas
• Learn multiple positions as you develop
• Create positive experiences for guests and teammates
