We seek an experienced Eagle Data & Reporting Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, data teams, and technology. You will leverage deep knowledge of the Eagle Investment Systems data model to translate business reporting requirements into clear technical specifications, guide developers, and validate outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Eagle: Serve as the subject matter expert on Eagle data structures, mapping requirements to correct tables, fields, and relationships.

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to capture reporting needs, define calculations, and create functional documentation.

• Technology Liaison: Facilitate communication between business users and technical developers to resolve ambiguities.

• Data Validation: Guide report development, validate outputs against business expectations, and perform reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

• Documentation: Maintain source-to-target data mappings, definitions, transformations, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Financial services technology, business analysis, or investment reporting.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Eagle Investment Systems and its data structures, tables, and relationships.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical data specifications.

• Strong SQL skills for independent data investigation, analysis, and report validation.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
