EAFF Finance Analyst

Elmington Capital Group is a private commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company focuses on multifamily development and affordable/workforce housing, deploying over $150 million in equity annually through various financing strategies.

The Finance Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the execution and oversight of affordable housing financial transactions and portfolio activities. This position works closely with senior finance and asset management professionals to assist with underwriting, financial modeling, loan conversions, compliance processes, and investor reporting. The Finance Analyst will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of multifamily affordable housing investments while contributing to the financial performance and operational excellence of the portfolio.
