Job Responsibilities

nn

• Manage all incoming Inventory to ensure accurate record keeping and timely floor placement nt
• Coordinate with Airport Facilities on maintenance, builds and emergencies nt
• Manage stock personnel and Stock Lead(s) nt
• Conduct second round interviews for stock personnel nt
• Work to contain shrink due to theft and inventory issues and will be the liaison for the Loss Prevention team nt
• Point person on any Airport Compliance Programs nt
• Manager on Duty, closing and opening duties for entire location nt
• Will be fully trained on POS, Store Force, ADP, Aptos, PowerDMS and all other systems nt
• Assist the General Manager with all critical initiatives nt
• Be the back up to the General Manager when needed nt
• Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising. nt
• Supervisory duties; performance management and coaching of departmental staff nt
• Other duties may be assigned n

• GED or High school graduate nt

• 3+ years retail, retail inventory, warehouse or stocking supervision nt
• 1+ years management nt
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach nt
• Must be self-driven and able to work independently nt
• Ability to multitask and problem solve nt
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Power Point) nt
• TAM Card may be required depending upon location nt
• Satisfactory TSA Airport Badging Process nt
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location n
