Fully Remote E&S Personal Lines Producer

Location: Northeast, Southeast, or Gulf Coast United States

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential

An established and growing wholesale brokerage platform is looking to add an experienced E&S Personal Lines Producer to its team. This role offers the opportunity to build and expand a high margin book within the non admitted market, with a focus on complex personal lines risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable E&S personal lines book of business
• Focus on complex and hard to place risks such as high value homeowners, coastal properties, and unique exposures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and carrier partners
• Drive new business production through referrals, networking, and existing relationships
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from submission through binding

Qualifications

• 3 plus years of experience producing within P&C personal lines, preferably in the E&S or wholesale space
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow a book
• Strong understanding of non admitted markets and surplus lines carriers
• High net worth client experience strongly preferred
• Established retail agency relationships is a plus
• Active P&C license required
